4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept Interac e-Transfer and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
  • Plans include access to live channels, VOD content, and EPG as described on our pricing page.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a 24-hour free trial at our discretion. The trial provides full access to our service so you can evaluate quality and compatibility. No payment is required for the trial period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast content from our service without authorization.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with our software or servers.
  • Use our service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share your account credentials with others beyond the number of connections included in your plan.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, server updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

8. Content Disclaimer

GlobalIPTV.ca aggregates content from various sources. Channel lineups and VOD libraries may change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or title at any given time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalIPTV.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Refunds for cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
