DMCA Notice

1. Overview

Global IPTV Canadarespects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and applicable Canadian copyright law, we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our Service, please notify our designated copyright agent as described below.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of copyright infringement, you must provide a written communication that includes the following information:

Identification of the Copyrighted Work

Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.

Identification of the Infringing Material

Identify the material that you claim is infringing and provide sufficient information to enable us to locate the material (e.g., URL or specific description of the content).

Contact Information

Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you regarding the complaint.

Good Faith Statement

Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Accuracy Statement

Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Signature

Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Global IPTV Canada has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. Disclaimer

Global IPTV Canada acts as a service provider and does not host or control all content accessible through its Service. We comply with applicable laws regarding the removal of infringing content and will take appropriate action upon receiving valid DMCA notices.
