These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at globaliptv.caand our IPTV streaming services (collectively, the "Service"). 2. Service Description

Global IPTV Canada provides an internet-based television (IPTV) streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and related entertainment services to subscribers across Canada. Our service includes access to over 21,000 live channels and 150,000 movies and series, delivered in various quality formats including SD, HD, Full HD, and 4K.

The Service is delivered via internet protocol and requires a compatible device and a broadband internet connection. We do not provide internet access or hardware devices. Service availability and content may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.

3. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• Each subscription is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing account credentials with individuals outside your household is prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment through the methods displayed at the time of checkout.

• Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected duration (3, 6, or 12 months).
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new subscription when your current plan expires.
• Prices are subject to change. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions.
• Promotional pricing and discounts may be offered from time to time and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Redistribute, retransmit, or publicly display content from the Service to third parties.
• Record, download, or capture streams for redistribution or commercial purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Service or its underlying technology.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
• Use VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions or content licensing terms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its servers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service, including but not limited to video, audio, graphics, logos, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The content is licensed to you solely for personal, non-commercial viewing through the Service.

The Global IPTV Canada name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Global IPTV Canada. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any content delivered through the Service. Channel availability and content are subject to change without notice based on content provider agreements and licensing terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLOBAL IPTV CANADA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
